THE Nannup community has strongly supported the R U OK? Day concept of taking the time to ask others how they are feeling.
Many community organisations and businesses have signed a pledge to increase suicide awareness and promote mental health resiliency in the community.
The Good Food Shop, Blackwood Cafe, Old Templemore, The Bridge Caf & Restaurant, Nannup Community Re source Centre, Nannup Shire, Nannup Phar macy, Nannup Hospital and Nannup DHS created a whole town event by participating in awareness raising activities on Thursday.
The Nannup Community Resource Centre, the host agency for the One Life program, also included awareness raising messages and merchandise as part of their fundraiser quiz night held on Friday.
